In what way can you benefit from me?

Most people meet me as a lecturer, but of course I also work with less spotlight, more depth, and more interactivity. Over the years, I have learned these six methods to contribute to my clients.

Lecture

Sometimes it’s important that many people get the same picture, the same concepts, and the same experience. Something that both entertains and provokes thought. 30 minutes or several hours. Of course, both on-site and remotely, and all variations in between.

Workshop

When new knowledge is to be transformed into new thinking or new actions, theory must be put into practice. We do this in a workshop, perhaps as a short break during a lecture or as a full day where we truly create new activities.

Training

A tailored process to provide one or more participants with exactly the skills and abilities they need. As a one-time event or recurring, on-site or remotely. An excellent way to avoid needing a consultant next time and to ensure that your own organisation becomes change-competent.

Text

I write, either alone or together with you, policy documents, strategies, informational material, and recruitment briefs. Sometimes as a short assignment, sometimes over a longer period where the written content may need to be anchored and become a collective result.

Video

A recorded video that can be used at an event—or to spread a message or insight throughout the organization over a longer period. The video is often linked to an opportunity for viewers to ask questions or comment, either privately or so that everyone in the target audience can see.

Analysis

Is the situation complex and a bit hard to grasp? I’ve been involved in a few development projects (that’s an understatement...) and can probably offer you perspectives and aspects you might not see yourself. When I also connect these insights to what’s happening in the wider world, it often turns out the situation wasn’t that complex—it was just unfamiliar.
